There are seven static caravans on site, all positioned carefully to maximise our wonderful sea views.

caravan 1

28' x 10' caravan with 4 berths (Max 4 people). Both the double bedroom and the twin bedded room are heated, and have plentiful storage. The well equipped kitchen has a microwave, as well as a full size fridge and oven with four gas rings. The lounge and dining area have comfortable seating, and light wood cupboards for ample storage. The van is close to the mooring - ideal for keeping an eye on your boat! This is one of our older vans, but enjoys the same level of comfort and cleanliness as our newer vans. This caravan is no smoking.

Caravan 2

30 ' x 10' caravan with 4 berths (Max 4 people). Both the double bedroom and the twin bedded room are heated. Facilities include a well equipped kitchen with full size gas cooker, microwave and fridge, bathroom with shower, separate toilet, and lounge/dining area. The van is sited further away from the waters edge than the other vans, making it ideal for younger children. This is one of our older vans, but enjoys the same level of comfort and cleanliness as our newer vans. This caravan is non smoking.

Caravan 3

New in 2006, 35' x 10' double glazed and extra insulation with 6 berths. Double bedroom and 2 twin rooms. Bathroom with shower, toilet & basin. Kitchen has 600mm wide oven with four gas rings plus microwave & full size fridge. This caravan is non smoking. The van is sited by the slipway - perfect for keeping an eye on your boat, and excellent for otter spotting! (Sleeps up to six people, but no more than four adults at any one time.)

Caravan 4

Brand new in 2008, 28' x 10' double glazed with 4 berths. Double bedroom and twin bedroom. Bathroom with shower, toilet and basin. Kitchen has 600mm wide oven with four gas rings plus microwave & full size fridge.This caravan is non smoking and is sited right on the waters edge, with views to Seil, Torsa and the mainland.

Caravan 5

Brand new in 2007, 35' x 10' double glazed with 6 berths. Double bedroom and 2 twin rooms. Bathroom with shower, toilet & basin. Kitchen has 600mm wide oven with four gas rings plus microwave & full size fridge. Van 5 is tucked away on the waters edge, with views to Seil, Torsa and the mainland. (Sleeps up to six people, but no more than four adults at any one time.) This caravan is non smoking.

Caravan 7

2006 model 23' x 10' one bedroomed van (Max. 2 people). Located at the top of the site, with views up Seil Sound towards the mainland. This van is double glazed and has extra insulation. Sleeping accommodation is provided by a double bedroom. The bathroom has shower, toilet and basin. The well equipped kitchen has 600mm wide oven with four gas rings plus microwave & full size fridge.
