If you would rather not use the online booking system and would prefer to send us a cheque instead then please print out our booking form (available below in a variety of formats) and send it to us with your cheque. Before sending a form to us please confirm with us by phone or email that your dates are still available.

The Terms & Conditions for hire of the caravans is also included with the Booking Form. Please take the time to read these as they are to help you as much as us!:

Word Document: Suitable for windows users with Word 2002 or later.

Rich Text Document: Can be opened by a wide range of word processing packages, including macs.

holiday insurance

It's funny, but we all automatically buy insurance if we are booking an overseas holiday but don't bother for UK holidays (we are as guilty of this as anyone!). However, please bear in mind that your booking with us is a legally binding contract and what would happen if you or a family member fell ill, had an accident, or were made redundant, for example? You are still liable for the full cost of your holiday, even if you are unable to come.

In the current economic climate we feel it is especially important to take out insurance as there seems to be much uncertainty to come. It is worth looking at some of the price comparison websites (for example Money Supermarket) for prices, and make sure that the policy offers al lthe cover you need (some charge extra for redundancy cover).

One insurance scheme is offered by Cancellation Plan. They are experienced in holiday insurance and offer a very reasonably priced immediate cover.
