availability and price

For the convenience of guests we have now started using an online booking system. As well as allowing guests to make a provisional booking straight away it also allows us to accept payment by credit card, debit card, paypal or bank transfer as well as cheque. Please see the options below for searching for particular dates, prices or caravans availability.

If you would rather just ring or email us then please do! The old system of printing off a booking form and posting us a cheque is still running as well!

10% discount for couples (or two people sharing a van) booking a short break during the spring (before June 1st 2009) or autumn (after september 1st 2009). Enter discount code "spring" or "autumn" when booking online, or mention it to us when booking by phone or email.

please note:

• Prices quoted are per caravan per week. Included in the price of your holiday are all bedding and linen plus your gas, electricity and water. Use of our foreshore, slipway and drying area. Travel cot and high chair (please pre-book).
• Lettings are from 4pm on day of arrival to 10am on day of departure. Please aim to arrive between 4pm and 6pm for your benefit as well as ours, as the ferries are less regular after 6pm.
• Saturday is our usual changeover day.
• Short Breaks are also available off peak season for a minimum of 2 nights. If you are looking at the last minute for a summer getaway, please do give us a call as we may be able to fit you in if there is late availability.
• Single sex group bookings are not accepted.
• Group bookings are generally not accepted - please phone us first to discuss. When group bookings are accepted, the maximum occupancy of a two bedroom van will be 2 people and a maximum of 3 people in our three bedroom vans plus a damage / extra cleaning deposit will be payable.

• Well behaved dogs are welcome at £20 each per week/stay with a maximum 2 dogs per caravan.
• Use of the mooring and running line to shore, £15 per week/stay.
• Laundry service available.
• Locally caught lobsters, crabs and prawns (subject to availability).
• Charcoal for BBQ's and DVD films.
  

holiday insurance:

It's funny, but we all automatically buy insurance if we are booking an overseas holiday but don't bother for UK holidays (we are as guilty of this as anyone!). However, please bear in mind that your booking with us is a legally binding contract and what would happen if you or a family member fell ill, had an accident, or were made redundant, for example? You are still liable for the full cost of your holiday, even if you are unable to come.
