Prices are per caravan per week. Lettings are from 4pm on day of arrival
to 10am on day of departure. Saturday is generally changeover day.
Please aim to arrive between 4pm and 6pm for your benefit as well
as ours, as the ferries are less regular after 6pm.
Short Breaks are also available off peak season for a minimum of
2 nights. If you are looking at the last minute for a summer getaway,
please do give us a call as we may be able to fit you in if there
is late availability. More information on short breaks is available

Single sex group bookings are not accepted.
Group bookings are generally not accepted - please phone us first
to discuss.
When group bookings are accepted, the maximum occupancy of a two
bedroom van will be 2 people and a maximum of 3 people in our three
bedroom vans plus a damage / extra cleaning deposit will be payable.

All bedding and linen plus your gas, electricity and water.
Use of our foreshore, slipway and drying area.
Travel cot and high chair (please prebook).
chargeable extras:
Well behaved dogs are welcome at £20 each per week/stay with
a maximum 2 dogs per caravan, but not in caravan 1.
Use of the mooring and running line to shore, £10 per week/stay.
Laundry service available.
Locally caught lobsters, crabs and prawns (subject to availability).
Charcoal for BBQ's and DVD films.
We highly recommend that you take out holiday insurance, one scheme you could try is Available online or for £17.50 per van you can cover yourself for cancellation of your holiday once the full amount due is paid. This means that if you have to cancel after you have paid the full amount for your holiday we will reimburse you for the amount you have paid including deposit.
Please note that this is not available for holidays booked within 6 weeks of the start date.
